formats will my logo design be provided?
HQ
Business Logos will provide you in multiple file
formats for instant print and web use. We provide
designs in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
EPS and Gif formats.
How many logo design samples do I receive?
You may receive anywhere from 3 - 8
logo
design samples in total depending on the
logo design
package you choose (fewer for
hand illustrated logos).
These logo samples will be made available via a special
private URL that will be provided to you once your logos
are completed.
When can I see the initial mock ups of my logo design
project?
We usually deliver our
first
logo design mockups within 3-5 business days. Is Rush logo
design service available? Although we do not
recommend rush jobs to our clients, but YES, rush logo
design service is available for an additional fee of 50% of the
package price. Kindly contact us prior to filling up the
order form stating your rush job requirement.
How many
revisions can I ask for my logo design? Our primary aim is to keep our clients satisfied
by providing them quality service. For this purpose, we make
unlimited changes till the time you are satisfied by the logo design in
our Executive logo
design and Corporate Identity design packages. Limited number of revisions are
available in other
logo design packages.
What if I don't like any of the initial mock ups? You can request a redraw and we
will create more logos designs in accordance with your chosen
logo design package. If you still do
not like our designs, we will provide you a refund after
deducting our service fee. Please see our
terms and conditions for further
details regarding refunds.
What if I
have my own idea for a logo design? We encourage our clients to provide
ideas for their
logo design projects. You can
immediately send in your ideas to our design team once
you have placed your design order. Our experience is that
designs developed on client ideas turn out to be the
most satisfactory for our clients.
Can you
redraw my existing business logo? Of course! Our Value package is geared towards
redrawing and repair of existing
business logos.
Will I own the rights to my
company logo? Yes of course, you own the
copyright to your final chosen logo. We only keep the right to
display this artwork in our portfolio and other
advertising materials. The
rights to all the samples developed during the design
phase, however remains with us.
Since the number of
redraws is unlimited in my chosen package, does it mean that I can ask for changes whenever I
want? We do not entertain abstract refusals of the
presented logo concepts.
You have to give specific reasons for the redraw request.
These
situations are dealt on a case-to-case basis. We will make revisions as
you require but we ask request that you specifically
state what the change is and its need.
What is the
client/user area? The Client/User area is a password protected area
situated on our servers, where our clients can log-in
and review their project. Your Client/User page is only
accessible to you so that it remains confidential
until you are ready to display it to the world. You can
post comments regarding the various design elements like
illustration, colors, typeface, placement of objects
etc. and can ask for revisions from our design team. You
can do all this without ever leaving your desk.
In which
color formats are the logo designs provided? Generally, we provide our logo designs
in Pantone colors, which are easy-to-use spot colors,
however the client can make specific request to us at
the commencement of the project to develop their logos in CMYK colors.
What are
CMYK or process colors?
CMYK or Process colors are mainly used for printing.
Four colors
are used in process color printing, which are (Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow and Black). These can
be used to create an unlimited array of colors.
What are
Pantone or Spot colors? Pantone colors are a type of Spot colors. These are
inks, which are premixed and prepared for instant use by
Pantone Inc and are not blended together like Process colors.
What if I
want my logo in RGB colors? Yes, we can provide
business logo designs in this
color standard if requested by client. Please note that
this color standard is not recommended for print
purposes and should only be used for on-screen
presentations and web sites.
