TOWSON, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 2006--4GL School Solutions Inc. announced today that it has changed its company name to Spectrum K12 School Solutions Inc. Along with the name change, the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new business logo design, visual identity and Web site that can be found at http://www.spectrumk12.com.
